Services

AI Growth Works provides business automation and AI implementation services including workflow optimization, process automation, and related consulting services.


Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business processes

  • Grant necessary access to your business systems for implementation

  • Participate in project communications and provide timely feedback

  • Pay invoices according to agreed terms


Our Responsibilities

We agree to:

  • Deliver services as outlined in our project agreements

  • Maintain confidentiality of your business information

  • Provide reasonable support during implementation

  • Complete work within agreed timelines


Payment Terms

  • Project fees are outlined in individual service agreements

  • Payment is typically due within 30 days of invoice

  • Late payments may incur additional fees

  • Refund policies are specified in individual project contracts


Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your business data and processes

  • We retain rights to our methodologies, tools, and general knowledge

  • Any custom solutions developed become your property upon full payment

  • We may use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes


Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any damages is limited to the amount you paid for services. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Business interruption or lost profits

  • Issues arising from third-party software or systems


Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the course of our working relationship.


Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. You are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.


Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary, under the laws of Colorado.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
